Right of withdrawal

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to info@fpettinaroli.it specifying the order number and the products to be returned.

Return policy

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Refund policy

  • Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, F. Pettinaroli s.a.s. will issue the refund within 14 working days.

  • The refund will be made exclusively by bank transfer.

  • In the case of defective or incorrect products, shipping costs incurred by the customer will also be reimbursed.

Legal warranty

  • All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the competent court is that of the consumer if residing in Italy. In all other cases, jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Milan.
